Pure Balance is the start of you taking charge of your health. My vision is to help you become more in tune with your body. This is an opportunity for you to implement a healthy routine into your day-to-day life. Holistic Health, which focuses on healing your body through nutrition, regular exercise, and focusing on your mental health, gut health, etc is important when healing your body. I want to guide you through creating the perfect wellness regimen and overall stepping up your health and wellness journey. Creating that perfect regimen can help lower your cortisol levels and start supporting a healthy immune system that can help combat and fight diseases.
I am very excited to share my love of health and wellness with you! I am currently in college and have found that staying on top and prioritizing my health and wellness has changed me in the best way possible. A few years ago I wasn't the best with making sure I ate whole foods and exercised each day, and I get it the struggle can be REAL. It wasn't until I noticed I was experiencing extreme fatigue, migraines and unexplained inflammation within my body and joints that I just knew I wasn't functioning at my full capacity. I decided to go to the doctor for the symptoms I was feeling, but was left with so many unanswered questions.
I then took on the challenge to educate not only myself but to be able to help others that might be feeling left with unanswered questions. My health and wellness journey is still on going but I want to share with you the tips I've learned along the way in hopes it helps you too! My hopes are that my page creates more balance in all the different areas in your life! This is a safe place enjoy!
